Hey Baby! How can I help?
Every service I offer is designed with one goal in mind — to take something off your plate so you can focus on healing, bonding, and settling into life with your new baby. Serving families across Bend, Oregon and Central Oregon.
Overnight & Night Care
Sleep deprivation is one of the hardest parts of early parenthood — and one of the most important things to address. Overnight support means you actually get to sleep while I handle the nighttime. I'll care for your baby through the night so you can wake up feeling more like yourself and more present for the day ahead.
Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or a mix of both — I'll work with your feeding plan so everyone gets the rest they need.
What this looks like
Typically 8–10 hour overnight shifts (hours discussed at consultation)
Nighttime feeding support — bottle feeding, or bringing baby to you to nurse then settling them back to sleep
Diaper changes, soothing, and all nighttime care handled
Sleep logs kept so you always know how the night went
Light morning tasks before I leave — bottles washed, baby settled, coffee on
Postpartum Meal Preparation
Good food is one of the most powerful tools for postpartum recovery — and one of the first things to fall apart when you're sleep-deprived and overwhelmed. I come to your home and prepare nourishing, recovery-friendly meals that are ready when you need them, made with ingredients that support healing, milk production, and energy.
No more staring into the fridge at 6pm wondering what on earth you're going to eat. I've got it covered.
What this looks like
Batch cooking sessions — fridge and freezer stocked for the days ahead
Fresh daily meals prepared in your kitchen during your visit
Meals tailored to dietary needs, preferences, and any food sensitivities
Warming, nourishing recipes ideal for postpartum recovery (soups, stews, snacks, lactation-supportive foods)
Daytime Infant Care
Daytime support gives you the space to shower, sleep, eat a real meal, or simply sit still for a moment — without worrying about your baby. I provide attentive, gentle newborn care while you take the time you need to recover and recharge. This is your permission slip to put yourself down for a bit.
What this looks like
Holding, soothing, and tending to your newborn during your visit hours
Feeding support — bottle prep, paced bottle feeding, or support while you nurse
Diaper changes and tracking feeds/output as needed
Gentle soothing techniques and newborn settling support
Answering your newborn questions — no question is too small
Light Housekeeping
A calm home makes a real difference in how you feel postpartum — and keeping it that way when you're running on no sleep is nearly impossible. I take care of the everyday tasks that pile up fast, so your space stays manageable and you're not spending your precious rest time stressing about the dishes.
What this looks like
Dishes, kitchen tidy, and surface wipe-downs
Laundry — washing, drying, and folding (including those tiny baby clothes)
Tidying common living areas so the home feels calm and breathable
Sanitizing bottles, pump parts, and feeding equipment
Taking out trash and recycling
Errands & Grocery Runs
Getting yourself and a newborn out the door is a whole production — and sometimes you just need someone to handle the outside world for you. I'll take care of errands so you can stay home, rest, and not have to wrestle a car seat before you're ready.
What this looks like
Grocery shopping based on your list or meal plan
Pharmacy pickups — prescriptions, postpartum supplies, baby essentials
Returns, post office runs, and other everyday errands
Picking up older siblings from school or activities
Local Bend area errands — distance discussed at consultation
Sibling & Family Support
Bringing home a new baby is a big transition for the whole family — especially older kids. I help keep routines running smoothly and give your older children the attention and engagement they need while you focus on your newborn and your recovery. This is whole-family support, not just newborn care.
What this looks like
Engaging and entertaining older siblings during visits
Keeping school-age routines on track — homework, meals, bedtime
School pickup and drop-off as needed
Helping older kids feel included and excited about the new baby
General family support so the household keeps moving
Not sure what you need yet? That's okay — that's what the call is for.
Most families come to me not entirely sure what kind of support they're looking for — just knowing they need something. Let's talk it through together and figure out what makes the most sense for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

The earlier the better — ideally during your second or third trimester. Postpartum doulas in Bend can fill up quickly, especially for overnight support. That said, if you've already had your baby and you're reading this in a sleep-deprived haze — reach out anyway. I'll do my best to make it work.
-
That's entirely up to you and what your family needs. Some families want a few daytime visits a week, others need consistent overnight support. We'll figure out the right fit together on your free consultation call — no pressure to commit to anything before you're ready.
-
Absolutely — in fact, families with older kids often need support the most. Adding a newborn to an already busy household is a lot. I'm happy to help keep the whole family running smoothly during the transition.
-
Yes! I'll bring baby to you when it's time to nurse, then take over settling and soothing once you're done so you can go straight back to sleep. You still get rest, and your feeding relationship stays intact.
-
Not at all. I work with all postpartum families — single parents, same-sex couples, partners, adoptive parents, and anyone navigating the newborn season. All families are welcome here.

A note on what I offer
No two postpartum journeys look the same — and your support shouldn't be one-size-fits-all either. During our free consultation call, we'll talk through what you actually need, what feels most overwhelming, and how I can best show up for your family. All services are customized around you.
As a postpartum doula, I provide non-medical support for your family. I'm not a nurse, lactation consultant, or sleep trainer — but I work beautifully alongside those professionals and can help connect you with the right resources if you need them.
If you are looking for Birth Doula Services, I would love to be apart of your Birth team. I am currently accepting a limited amount of Births as I complete Birth Certifications to accept insurance.
I'm also not a deep cleaning service, and I don't offer co-sleeping support. What I do offer is genuine, capable, judgment-free help that makes a real difference in those early weeks.
Pricing is all based on hourly rates and will be discussed during your consultation so we can build something that truly fits your situation.
